Public-Private Partnerships have been one of the main tools between the public and private sectors for carrying out projects of different types and sizes, as well as for the provision of services. This cooperation between the two sectors has made it possible to bring development to cities through the execution of infrastructure, transportation, and service projects, among others, that would be more difficult and complicated to implement by other means.

Among the services provided in this line, the following can be mentioned:

Among the projects the company has carried out in Guatemala City under this umbrella are underground parking, a taxi system, urban infrastructure, and alternative transportation systems, among others.
