Projects in Execution
Smart City
Currently, the concept of "Smart City" is gaining increasing relevance in different countries around the world as an innovative model for managing and administering land and urban functions. Cities such as Amsterdam, Singapore, Barcelona, Sao Paulo, Segovia, and MedellÃn, among others, are clear examples of the interaction between urban life and the coexistence of their citizens. In Central America, no city has currently achieved this status, although it does not require large investments to achieve it.
The Smart City model is based on the maximum use of technology, which enhances the interaction between citizens and their metropolis, enabling access to information, harmonious coexistence with the environment, and, above all, providing people with a better quality of life.
Among the projects currently being promoted is the Smart City model. Although the model is very broad and can have diverse applications, advantages, and benefits in both the public and private sectors, various proposals are being promoted in major cities in Central America.
