Construction Permits and Licenses  

Among the main instruments cities have to regulate land use planning and urban growth are Construction Licenses and Permits. The requirements and procedures for issuing these documents vary according to the regulations of each country and city, and they are the responsibility of the Municipal Administration. Currently, municipal authorities are making numerous efforts to facilitate and simplify license processing procedures, all with the aim of not only improving conditions that encourage investment in cities but also increasing investment revenues.

In this regard, the company offers its experience in this component of Public Management, in the processes and strategies for the Transformation and Simplification of the Management and Service Model in Public Institutions.

Among the main projects executed are the Operation and Administration of the Territorial Control Directorate of the Municipality of Guatemala City for over 16 years, and the Construction Control Management in the City of Tegucigalpa, Honduras for over 4 years, both projects with excellent results. The Municipal Strengthening Project was also executed in the Municipality of Villa Nueva, and the Administration and Operation of the Construction Permits, Cadastre, Improvement Contribution, and Urban Control of Advertising and Street Furniture Units in the Municipality of San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
